Andrezza is a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Specialist passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. With a background of specialized customer support and as a language teacher in China, she brings a unique and diverse set of skills to her role.

Andrezza's primary responsibility is to ensure prompt and effective assistance to clients. She aims to make each client feel understood, valued, and supported throughout their interactions with the firm.

Having studied the Chinese language at the China Youth University of Political Studies, Andrezza developed a deep understanding and appreciation for different cultures and languages. In addition to her language and customer service skills, Andrezza is completing a degree in International Relations, showcasing her commitment to continuous learning and personal growth. This multicultural background, coupled with her fluency in English and Portuguese and some knowledge of Chinese and Spanish, allows her to effectively communicate and connect with a wide range of clients.

Outside of work, Andrezza enjoys exploring different cultures, traveling, and expanding her knowledge in various subjects. This curiosity and thirst for knowledge contribute to her ability to adapt to other situations and provide personalized solutions to clients.
