She has 25 years of experience with large corporations in different industries, such as health, and retail, having held positions in operations, internal communication, and human resources. These areas are where her passion for people is most evident. Her last assignment in Brazil was as a Senior Manager for one of the world's largest fast-food restaurant chains. She oversaw payroll, compensation, and employee benefits for over 40,000 employees.
Ms. Pessoa moved to the United States with her family in January 2016. Her professional goal is to use her passion and previous experiences to better assist those going through the immigration process. She enjoys working with clients and to encourage them to pursue their dreams while providing great costumer service.. She speaks both Spanish and Portuguese.
