Sara Garcia is a seasoned Sr. Paralegal/Immigration Analyst with vast experience of over 15 years in business immigration. She is passionate about immigration law, self-motivated, professional, responsible, and committed to helping families obtain legal status in the U.S. Ms. Garcia has worked with several employer-based organizations and has I-9 corporate compliance expertise.
Ms. Garcia is a graduate from California State University Fullerton, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and candidate for her Master’s degree in Public Administration. Throughout her career she has enjoyed winning a wide variety of complex immigration cases and is particularly focused on PERMS, H-1B’s and long-term immigration planning.
Immigration law is very personal to Ms. Garcia. She was born in South America, Venezuela and immigrated to the US when she was 5 years old. She experienced the struggle of being in a new country and having to rebuilt a life. She currently holds the position of Supervisor at Santos Lloyd Law Firm.
