Importantly, as an immigrant herself, Fabiana brings a unique and personal perspective to her work, understanding the intricacies of navigating the complex immigration landscape.
Fabiana holds an undergraduate degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and earned her Juris Doctor from the City University of New York. During her time at CUNY, she contributed as a student attorney in the Citizen Rights Clinic and gained valuable experience as a legal intern for the United Nations in Vienna, Austria, and the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands.
