Her impactful tenure spanned over 7 and a half years, during which she played a crucial role in overseeing the firm's legal operations. Throughout her career, Fabiana has been deeply committed to assisting both corporate entities and individuals, with a specialized focus on business immigration law.
Fabiana also served as an Associate at Katona & Associates, offering a diverse range of immigration legal services. Prior to that, she held a position as an Associate at the law offices of Jan H. Brown, where her focus centered on non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions. Fabiana's journey in the field began with key roles at Wildes & Weinberg, a prestigious New York-based immigration firm best known for its representation of John Lennon in his deportation case back in the '70s. Importantly, as an immigrant herself, Fabiana brings a unique and personal perspective to her work, understanding the intricacies of navigating the complex immigration landscape.
