Dianna Elliott


Dianna Elliott is the paralegal for Santos Lloyd Law Firm. She has over 3 years of paralegal experience working under Attorney Flavia Santos Lloyd.

In December 2016, Ms. Elliott obtained her Bachelor’s of Arts with Honors in Communications, emphasizing Public Relations and Advertising from California State University, Dominguez Hills. It was during her studies that she began working under Ms. Lloyd and realized her passion for working in immigration and having the ability to help people.

Ms. Elliott prides herself on her attention to detail in all of her work. Having worked as an office manager for a legal education company for over 6 years, Ms. Elliott's experiences there were a good transition to working as an immigration paralegal.

Daniel Aguirre
Law Clerk


Daniel Aguirre is the law clerk for Santos Lloyd Law Firm. He is currently working towards earning a Juris Doctor degree at Whittier Law School with an expected graduation date of May 2018. Daniel is a student member of the American Bar Association and the Orange County Hispanic Bar Association. Currently, he is the acting president of the Hispanic American Law Student Association at Whittier Law School, the Social Chair for the Intramural Sports Club, and a member of the St. Thomas More Society. Before starting at Whittier, Daniel graduated from the University of California, Riverside, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History, with an emphasis on Law and Society.

Being the son of immigrant parents and seeing their efforts to become United States Citizens, the struggles of many other family members, and the community as a whole sparked a passion within him in becoming a resource and advocate for immigrant rights and due process of law.

Daniel is fluent in Spanish and English. He uses those skills as a means of communicating with and assisting a wider array of the community which he intends to serve.

Nadia Penteado


Nadia Penteado is the Administrative Assistant for Santos Lloyd Law Firm. Mrs Penteado graduated in Business Administration with an emphasis on International Trade and International Relations at FECAP (Fundação Escola de Comércio Álvares Penteado). She started her career in supply management when she was 17 years-old and held positions for major multinational companies in her home country of Brazil. At her last job, she managed strategic purchasing for a major retail food conglomerate.

She moved to the United States to sharpen her English and be familiar with a new culture, while also expanding her personal and professional knowledge. Mrs. Penteado is eager to learn and apply her administrative knowledge towards corporate and immigration law. With that, she will be able to comprehend the diversity of different nations and the needs of each client. She strives to succeed and foster clients to seek their goals and dreams in this country.

Thomas Silva
Administrative Assistant


Thomas Silva is the administrative assistant for Santos Lloyd Law Firm. Mr. Silva is also currently working on his Bachelor’s degree concentrated in Business Administration from Southern States University. A native from northeast Brazil, he is fluent in both Portuguese and English. Mr. Silva’s overall goal is to continue to work in the area of law, specifically immigration.

Prior to joining Santos Lloyd Law Firm, Mr. Silva spent five years working as a manager at a small business overseeing a staff and wearing many different hats, something he prefers. This has helped him come to be good at multitasking and interacting with clients so that their needs are met. Ever the hard worker, he enjoys working with and for his fellow colleagues at Santos Lloyd Law Firm and making sure the clients customer service needs are taken care of.

Natalia Hynes


As an immigrant, Natalia Hynes decided to support people who go through the immigration processes she experienced herself.

Ms. Hynes is a Clerk at Santos Lloyd Firm. She has more than seven years of experience as a lawyer in her country of Peru. Natalia worked in a Peruvian law firm practicing Maritime Law and in a Peruvian-Chilean bank practicing Corporate Law. While working for both companies, she learned, among other important skills, to communicate clearly and effectively with clients. She developed the ability to explain complicated facts in layman’s terms.

She holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and successfully completed a Master Program in Corporate Law at Universidad de Lima. She is an active member of one of the Peruvian Bar Associations (Callao), and is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Aside from her commitment as a Clerk at Santos Lloyd Law Firm, Ms. Hynes is also currently focused on taking the California Bar Exam along with attaining her Foreign Legal Consultant License.
