Rabia Elhage is an Associate Attorney at Santos Lloyd Law Firm with a professional background in immigration law and a strong focus on humanitarian protections. Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Rabia has called California home for over a decade. As the daughter of Lebanese and Syrian immigrants, she brings both personal insight and cultural understanding to her practice and is fluent in Arabic.

Since graduating from law school, Rabia has served in multiple roles with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), primarily within the Refugee, Asylum, and International Operations Division. Through this work, she has developed extensive experience with humanitarian immigration processes and a deep understanding of adjudications from the government’s perspective.
