La excepción de interés nacional (NIW) es una categoría de visa de inmigrante basada en el empleo que puede conducir a una tarjeta verde (Green Card o Tarjeta de residente permanente). ¿Eres un “Profesional de Grado Avanzado”?
La definición básica de un profesional de grado avanzado en la categoría EB-2 es alguien que tiene un título superior al nivel de licenciatura. Los títulos de maestría, doctorado, doctor en medicina y doctorado en derecho son ejemplos comunes de títulos avanzados que calificarán a una persona como un profesional de título avanzado.
