Yasmin is an Intake Specialist at Santos Lloyd Law Firm. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Master’s degree in Human Rights, with a focus on Children’s Rights, from the University of Minho in Braga and Guimarães, Portugal.



Her interest in different cultures led her to live and volunteer in Brazil and abroad, experiences that strengthened her ability to connect with people across languages and cultural backgrounds. She is fluent in Portuguese and English and enjoys learning new languages.

Throughout her professional career, Yasmin has worked closely in customer experience, developing a strong commitment to helping people feel heard, supported, and understood. She recognizes how meaningful and life-changing the immigration process can be and is passionate about helping clients as they take the first steps in their immigration journey.
