Josephine Franz, LL.M., is an Associate Attorney at Santos Lloyd Law Firm focusing on employment-based immigration matters. Originally from Germany, with professional experience in both Europe and the United States, Josephine brings a strong international perspective to her practice and supports corporate and individual clients

with U.S. workforce mobility and immigration processes.


Prior to joining Santos Lloyd Law Firm, Josephine worked in in-house legal roles for international companies operating across the United States and Europe, advising on corporate compliance, contract matters, and cross-border operations. Her background gives her a practical understanding of employer needs and the legal challenges global businesses face, and she enjoys working with clients in international, multicultural settings.


Josephine earned her law degree from the University of Münster in Germany and holds an LL.M. from Florida International University College of Law. She is passionate about immigration law and enjoys helping professionals and companies navigate complex immigration pathways and build opportunities in the United States.
